Can my company receive a VAT invoice?
Yes, official VAT invoices are provided within 7 business days after the festival concludes. Please ensure your company details are submitted correctly during registration.
Can I choose my booth location?
Booth locations are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Premium and Exclusive package holders receive priority placement in high-traffic zones.
Is there a maximum number of booths per vendor?
Yes, each vendor may operate a maximum of 2 booths at the festival.
Can I sell products from multiple categories?
Yes, as long as all products are declared during registration and comply with Vietnamese food safety regulations.
Is there a discount for partial-day participation?
No, all vendor packages are priced for the full 4-day festival. Partial-day discounts are not available.
What equipment is provided with the booth?
Each booth comes with tables, chairs, power outlets, and basic lighting. Refrigeration and draft beer systems are available for an additional fee. Setup assistance is provided on April 29.
Is there overnight security?
Yes, 24-hour security is provided throughout the festival grounds. However, we recommend taking valuable items with you at the end of each day.
Are there any product restrictions?
All food and beverages must comply with Vietnamese food safety regulations. Alcoholic beverages must be properly licensed. No prohibited substances are permitted on the festival grounds.
What is the setup and breakdown schedule?
Setup: April 29, 2026 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. All booths must be ready by 9:00 AM on April 30. Breakdown begins after the May 3 closing and must be completed by noon on May 4.
What is the payment deadline?
A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of contract signing. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than April 15, 2026.
